Helping to Build Allah's House
For several years now, Greater Cincinnati Islamic Association (Roselawn Mosque) is striving hard with the help of Allah and your generous support to help the Muslim community in the Lockland area to fulfill their obligations and their Islamic responsibilities by providing them with comprehensive services, a place for worship, among other. Because of the temporary nature of our Mulberry court location, its size limit, and the tremendous increase of people attending our Jumah prayer, we were working diligently to acquire a larger facility in the area, which may be more suitable for the needs of the community. In August 2018, however, the village of Lockland decided to close our Mulberry Court location, citing zoning code issues. That decision has made our need for a place to build a Mosque even more urgent. As a result, the community pulled together their resources, and in February 2020, with Allah’s help, we were able to purchase a building, formerly used as a daycare center, located at 7762 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45237.
